Industrial Pumps & Pumping Solutions

A pump may look like a simple part of an industrial system, but choosing the right one can make a big difference to performance, reliability, and maintenance.

At PATNI PUMPS, we provide a range of pumping solutions for different working conditions and applications. From removing water at a construction site to handling sewage, slurry, and other challenging fluids, our products are designed to meet a wide range of industrial and infrastructure requirements.

Our product range includes Dewatering Pumps, Sewage Pumps, Slurry Pumps, Non-Clog Pumps, Diesel-Driven & Auto-Prime Pumps, and Control Panels.

Which Pump Do You Need?

There is no single pump that works best for every application. The right choice depends on what you are pumping and how the system needs to operate.

Important factors include:

  • Flow rate and total head
  • Type of liquid or material
  • Solid content and particle size
  • Required discharge size
  • Available power supply
  • Installation conditions
  • Operating environment and duty cycle

Providing these details before purchase can help avoid incorrect pump selection and unnecessary operating problems.

Built for Different Pumping Requirements

Industrial and infrastructure projects can have very different pumping challenges. One application may require fast water removal, while another may involve sewage, sludge, or highly abrasive slurry.

That is why PATNI PUMPS offers different pump categories for different requirements. Instead of using the same type of pump everywhere, customers can select equipment according to the actual application.

Why PATNI PUMPS?

PATNI PUMPS LLP is a marketing partner of Sovereign Pumps and offers a broad range of pumping solutions for industrial and infrastructure applications.

Our focus is straightforward — understand the application, consider the operating conditions, and help customers find a suitable pumping solution.

Whether you need a dewatering pump, sewage pump, slurry pump, non-clog pump, diesel-driven pump, or control panel, our team can help you identify the appropriate product for your requirement.

DEWATERING PUMPS

DEWATERING PUMPS

PATNI PUMPS offers reliable dewatering pumps for efficient water removal from construction sites, excavation areas, underground projects, tunneling, mining and industrial applications. We have a full line of submersible electrical dewatering pumps in a variety of HP and head configurations for all of your water removal needs. These pumps are designed for submersed operation and are an efficient way to move the accumulated water from low-lying and hard-to-reach areas. PATNI PUMPS offers a range of submersible electrical dewatering pumps for different project requirements, including high-head, medium-head and heavy-duty applications.

SEWAGE/WASTEWATER PUMPS

SEWAGE/WASTEWATER PUMPS

Sewage and Wastewater can include bits of solid material, sludge, and other stuff. A normal water pump cannot always move that mix well. A sewage pump is built for this job. It helps push the dirty water and solids through the system. It also supports steady collection and transfer of wastewater. PATNI PUMPS offers submersible electrical sewage pumps for STP, ETP, municipal, and industrial wastewater applications. Our range includes different models and capacities to meet varying pumping requirements.

SLURRY PUMPS

SLURRY PUMPS

When the pumped material contains abrasive solids, a standard water pump is not enough. Slurry pumping requires equipment designed to handle suspended particles, continuous wear, and demanding site conditions. PATNI PUMPS offers submersible electrical slurry pump solutions designed for heavy-duty slurry handling applications where durability and dependable pumping performance are important. The slurry pump range includes (5–50 HP) and (75–150 HP) models, providing options for different pumping requirements and operating conditions.

NON CLOG PUMPS

NON CLOG PUMPS

Sovereign non-clog pumps are centrifugal pumps installed in a project site that is situated below the ground level, so that pump can pump the water with sludge from source and pump it to the next level. Sovereign pumps are portable type and completely submerged in water. These Pumps have higher capacity to handle sludge than dewatering pumps. Generally these pumps are used where aggregates size is abnormal and dewatering pumps are not recommended to use.

DIESEL DRIVEN PUMPS AUTO PRIME PUMPS

Sovereign diesel driven pumps are non-submersible surface mounted pumps working on centrifugal platform. Sovereign diesel driven pumps work where electricity is not available as there operating mechanism is by diesel powered engines. They pumps are high pressure pumps which perform big dewatering, sewage, and non-clog pumps jobs with great efficiency. Sovereign diesel driven pumps are used as great combination where medium of pumping is not clear to end user as these are clog free pumps.

CONTROL PANEL

CONTROL PANEL

Online Starters are the simplest form of motor starter for starting induction motor and these starters basically consist of MCB / Circuit Breaker, Contactor and an overload relay for protection, electromagnetic contactor which can be opened by the thermal overload relay under fault conditions. Typically, the contactor will be controlled by separate start and stop buttons, and an auxiliary contact on the contactor is used, across the start button, as a hold in contact. i.e. the contactor is electrically latched / closed while the motor is operating.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

PATNI PUMPS offers a range of pumping solutions including dewatering pumps, sewage pumps, slurry pumps, non-clog pumps, diesel-driven and auto-prime pumps, along with pump control panels.
The right pump depends on several factors, including the type of fluid, required flow rate, total head, solid particle size, discharge size, power supply, and operating conditions.
Dewatering pumps are used to remove accumulated water from construction sites, excavations, mines, tunnels, and infrastructure projects where effective water removal is required.
Slurry pumps are designed to handle liquids containing abrasive solid particles such as sand, soil, minerals, and other materials. They are commonly used in demanding industrial and heavy-duty applications.
Sewage pumps are used for transferring sewage and wastewater containing suspended solids. They can be used in applications such as STP, ETP, municipal drainage, and wastewater handling.
A non-clog pump is designed to handle wastewater and liquids containing larger suspended solids while reducing the risk of blockage. These pumps are useful in sewage, sludge, and wastewater applications.
A diesel-driven pump can be useful when electric power is unavailable, unreliable, or not suitable for the pumping location. It provides an alternative power source for various demanding pumping applications.
An auto-prime pump is designed to simplify the priming process and can be useful in applications where quick and convenient pump operation is required.
For accurate pump selection, it is helpful to provide the required flow, pumping head, fluid type, solid content, particle size, discharge size, power availability, and application details.
