DEWATERING PUMPS
PATNI PUMPS offers reliable dewatering pumps for efficient water removal from construction sites, excavation areas, underground projects, tunneling, mining and industrial applications. We have a full line of submersible electrical dewatering pumps in a variety of HP and head configurations for all of your water removal needs. These pumps are designed for submersed operation and are an efficient way to move the accumulated water from low-lying and hard-to-reach areas. PATNI PUMPS offers a range of submersible electrical dewatering pumps for different project requirements, including high-head, medium-head and heavy-duty applications.
SEWAGE/WASTEWATER PUMPS
Sewage and Wastewater can include bits of solid material, sludge, and other stuff. A normal water pump cannot always move that mix well. A sewage pump is built for this job. It helps push the dirty water and solids through the system. It also supports steady collection and transfer of wastewater. PATNI PUMPS offers submersible electrical sewage pumps for STP, ETP, municipal, and industrial wastewater applications. Our range includes different models and capacities to meet varying pumping requirements.
SLURRY PUMPS
When the pumped material contains abrasive solids, a standard water pump is not enough. Slurry pumping requires equipment designed to handle suspended particles, continuous wear, and demanding site conditions. PATNI PUMPS offers submersible electrical slurry pump solutions designed for heavy-duty slurry handling applications where durability and dependable pumping performance are important. The slurry pump range includes (5–50 HP) and (75–150 HP) models, providing options for different pumping requirements and operating conditions.
NON CLOG PUMPS
Sovereign non-clog pumps are centrifugal pumps installed in a project site that is situated below the ground level, so that pump can pump the water with sludge from source and pump it to the next level. Sovereign pumps are portable type and completely submerged in water. These Pumps have higher capacity to handle sludge than dewatering pumps. Generally these pumps are used where aggregates size is abnormal and dewatering pumps are not recommended to use.
DIESEL DRIVEN PUMPS AUTO PRIME PUMPS
Sovereign diesel driven pumps are non-submersible surface mounted pumps working on centrifugal platform. Sovereign diesel driven pumps work where electricity is not available as there operating mechanism is by diesel powered engines. They pumps are high pressure pumps which perform big dewatering, sewage, and non-clog pumps jobs with great efficiency. Sovereign diesel driven pumps are used as great combination where medium of pumping is not clear to end user as these are clog free pumps.
CONTROL PANEL
Online Starters are the simplest form of motor starter for starting induction motor and these starters basically consist of MCB / Circuit Breaker, Contactor and an overload relay for protection, electromagnetic contactor which can be opened by the thermal overload relay under fault conditions. Typically, the contactor will be controlled by separate start and stop buttons, and an auxiliary contact on the contactor is used, across the start button, as a hold in contact. i.e. the contactor is electrically latched / closed while the motor is operating.
